A McKinsey survey says that companies with greater gender diversity and representation at C Suit level have higher chances of achieving better financial performance outperforming their male counterparts.  It is proven now that organisation with a good balance of GD & I, are better able to handle legacy-driven mindsets, adopt new automated technologies to propel digital transformation initiatives, better able to handle regulatory mandates or industry-wide trends more quickly than their male counter parts.
