Whilst users may take influence from seeing pictures of their friends in a new dress, suit or car, is it prudent to use such pictures to share codes to product pages & influence consumers to buy our products?
Is it possible to build trust through a social platform or do you believe consumers are a long way off entering their private information through social selling?
How do we as retailers make the social shopping option more attractive to our audience? Does the responsibility lie with our advertising or the platform providers i.e Youtube, facebook, Instagram of the world?
Is the future of retail best left in the hands of the Amazons & eBays of the world or do we as retailers need to start investing more in social commerce as the future of retail selling?
