Sushant is Vice President of Cross Border for DHL eCommerce in Asia Pacific. As a member of the Asia Pacific eCommerce Management Board of the company, Sushant oversees and steers the Cross Border product pillar for DHL eCommerce to become the leading e-commerce solutions provider in the region.

Sushant brings significant management experience to his role with DHL eCommerce, with a number of management roles in business consultancy, strategy development and implementation, product management and operations improvement across multiple sectors in Asia Pacific including Asia’s key economies (India, ASEAN and China/Hong Kong), Europe and USA.

Prior to his current position, Sushant was Regional Managing Director (India, Thailand and Philippines) and Head of Cross-border Parcel Logistics Business at Singapore Post Ltd. He also has over a decade of solid management consultancy experience, leading projects across various industries during his tenure in McKinsey & Company, Infosys and PwC.

Sushant has a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai.
