Aaina is leading the cross border operations from India to our markets, that is, developing the Indian market as a source country across Daraz's ventures and ensuring constant scale-up of volume. As the project manager, she collaborates with cross-functional teams such as traffic ops, marketing, local commercial, operations, etc to build and optimize end to end processes and SOPs related to business, logistics and finance, legal, etc. She is also leading a team of 4 people that are solely dedicated to handle India’s business on ground, ensuring we get new sellers and managing our existing accounts as well. Very recently, she has taken a broader responsibility of managing regional growth projects such as data driven prioritisation of quality assortment on our platform, opening up new ventures for our source markets, looking at new ways to build a better product for our sellers etc.
