Amanda Chan is the Head of APAC eCommerce Fraud, based in Ekata’s Singapore office. She is a certified eCommerce Fraud Agent by The Fraud Practice and has experience in fraud and payments across different industries, including Retail, Travel and Marketplaces. She also speaks at conferences about fraud market trends, and advises enterprises on fraud gaps, strategies and best practices. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management from Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland. In her free time, she enjoys diving and rock climbing.
