Demi D’Cruz has 17 years of experience in the technology industry with a strong entrepreneurial background of setting up regional headquarters for various technology companies out of Singapore. Demi brings with her tremendous experience in working with clients across several industries including telecom, government, healthcare, education, financial institutions, automotive while also mentoring and helping to grow startups in APAC, USA and Europe. She has helped customers with Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Cloud, UI/UX. IoT, SAAS, Kubernetes, data center modernization, cyber security; network security and various Cognitive Automation and marketing technology projects where she finds herself in a unique position of helping companies brace their customer success, sales, channel and marketing teams to build processes that complement each other to achieve their revenue targets. She is a strong believer in women empowerment and women in Tech. She was a pioneer in building the first rural IT Park where 95% of the employees were women. In her free time she has built and mentored various startups over the years and has represented women, victims of domestic violence and abuse in various international forums. Her contribution includes working with various global task forces that are driven by the realization that our increasingly complex world requires new approaches.
