Mr Koh Jin Kiat (JK) joined SingPost in 2020 to lead the Group’s International Post and Parcel unit, responsible for all cross-border postal and parcel business. Since September 2021, JK is appointed Senior Vice President for Customer Engagement & Commercial, overseeing the Group’s customer-fronting activities as well as drive revenue and end-to-end customer experience. Prior to joining SingPost, JK has over 20 years of experience in management and operations, including senior roles held at Bombardier Recreational Products, Harley-Davidson, Reader’s Digest Asia and Menlo Worldwide.
