Karen Teo is the VP of the Global Business Group for the APAC region at Meta. Prior to this role, she spent four years leading the Meta APAC GAMES organization, tapping into her gaming industry experience with global brands such as Xbox, EA Games and Take Two Interactive. As an active champion for diversity and inclusion as the global Co-Executive Sponsor of Pride@ at Meta, Karen continues to elevate the dialogue on equality externally and has spoken at various government and private institutions on the importance of diversity and inclusion in building a future-forward workforce. Karen also serves on the board of the National Arts Council in Singapore.
