She has successfully led a multitude of diverse projects across various industries including consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing. Lucy's leadership has driven over 100 strategy and operational planning initiatives to implement digital transformations. These initiatives cover company-wide strategies, supply chain enhancements, order delivery management, new retail experiences, and comprehensive digital transformations. Before joining Baozun, Lucy was a partner at Monitor Deloitte Consulting, where she spearheaded supply chain digitization and new retail ventures.
