Michael Jonas is the Global Vice-President of Customer Success for Emarsys. Based in Düsseldorf, Germany, he is responsible for leading and driving the Customer Success strategy to deliver exceptional value for the omnichannel marketing platform Emarsys across the global customer base together with his team. Prior to joining Emarsys, 4 years ago he obtained extensive experience in Oracle Marketing cloud managing international customers and customer success teams as well as Consulting and Professional Services across several SaaS vendors such as the MVT & Personalisation Platform Maxymiser.
