Naveen Kandasami is an industry executive and business transformation leader with close to 20 years of experience across the Global Retail Industry. Naveen is a former Global IT Executive Director & Divisional CIO for Sealedair a fortune 500 global packaging conglomerate in the US serving multiple verticals in retail & E Commerce. He has driven several large global complex CX transformation programs across the regions in a conglomerate style business. Responsible for driving digital business development initiatives involving sales, service and E Commerce functions , Naveen has played multiple roles from being a practitioner, administrator, program lead and executive business sponsor. Apart from being a customer for 15 years, Naveen also worked across strategic industries for SAP in the Asia Pacific region leading the CX Advisory Practice. He was responsible for guiding and partnering with customers on digital CX transformation programs and innovation cycles. His combination of customer and vendor experience brings the unique practitioner and industry subject matter expertise. Naveen is currently with Genesys based out of Australia where he is the leads the Asia Pacific region for the retail vertical.
