Pam Chuang joins Xero as Director of Partnerships (Asia). A veteran in the fintech space across investment, digital lending, payment and insurance, Pam will pursue business development opportunities with ecosystem partners on the Xero platform, as well as banks and financial services companies in the Asia region, focussing on two-way data share, payments, and lending services for small business. Pam believes this is where Xero will be in the forefront for accelerated product innovation and a more personalized beautiful, easy-to-use platform that helps small businesses and their accounting and bookkeeping advisors grow and thrive. Pam was Head of Growth for Revolut Singapore as well as VP of Sales & Partnerships with Asia’s leading financial supermarket GoBear, where as part of the pioneer team she was instrumental in scaling GoBear across South East Asia and Hong Kong. Pam’s career has spanned markets in China, Greater China and Southeast Asia. She has spent most of her career in partnerships and business development leadership roles in the financial services industry for companies including HSBC, Saxo Bank, AIA Group, ReMark International, and Aon Risk Services. On the personal front, Pam has two lovely children where she enjoys being a mentor, friend and Tiger Mummy to her daughter Adrea and son Aden.
