Vice President of New Channels
Penny is the VP of New Channels at RedMart, Singapore’s one-stop online shopping platform offering a wide selection of goods from groceries to household essentials. In this operational role, she is responsible for setting up new delivery services and new customer channels. Prior to this, she led RedMart's commercial organisation. Her responsibilities included product range, pricing, availability and margin for the online supermarket. Prior to joining the RedMart team, Penny worked in online strategy for Coles in Australia. She also spent 3 years as a senior manager at Ocado, the UK's largest online grocer, including during their IPO in 2010. Penny has an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Engineering from Cambridge & MIT.
