Rainal has over 15 years of leadership experience in business development, marketing and growth, as well as a track record of scaling e-commerce businesses. Prior to her current role, Rainal held senior leadership positions at Sea group as well as Shopee in Indonesia and across the region. She spent the early part of her career in brand management at Unilever in China and SEA. Rainal holds a Masters in Marketing Science from Nanyang Technological University and graduated with a double degree in economics and literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
