Silvia Thom is the Chief Technology Officer at ZALORA. Silvia plays an integral role in driving technological innovations for ZALORA as she takes the lead in developing ZALORA’s technology strategy. She oversees the company’s customer-facing products such as the websites and mobile apps as well as internal systems used by Operations & Logistics, Customer Service and Buying. Prior to this, Silvia served as the Senior Director of Product Management and 1Engineering, where she was responsible for product engineering across the regional ZALORA tech portfolio. In this role, she worked closely with ZALORA’s Product and Engineering team on several technology projects to deliver tech innovations on the app, operations, customer-retention and customer experience.
