Stephen Hamill is the Managing Director and Vice President, ASEAN and South Asia for Genesys. Based in Singapore, Stephen is responsible for accelerating the growth of Genesys in Asia, overseeing the company’s regional sales efforts and business strategy. Stephen has a passion for empowering customers with the agility to adapt quickly to address market influences in a complex, dynamic and evolving environment. Having lead large-scale multi-channel marketing and customer experience initiatives for global organisations, Stephen possesses a keen understanding of organisational and consumer demands in the digital economy, and has extensive knowledge building SaaS businesses in Asia. Notable former senior roles across a career that spans more than two decades in the enterprise technology sector include: Managing Director for Adobe (SEA) and the VP for Oracle CX & Marketing Cloud (APAC). Stephen excels in building businesses based on client success, and leading and enabling teams that can solve strategic customer problems. He believes that the majority of business growth comes from developing a valuable customer base, retaining clients and expanding the business value proposition. Stephen advocates customer lifetime value as a key driver and customer success and partnership as a differentiator. Outside of work, Stephen is an avid photographer/videographer and loves to spend time in nature.
