Tom joined Ogilvy in 2016 to increase the agency’s deep digital capability across customer experience strategy, user experience design, platform builds and service design. He brings with him a successful 24-year track record in building and operating digital agencies and delivering high-end experiences on four continents to blue-chip clients and government authorities and, equally importantly, their customers. Prior to joining Ogilvy, he ran specialist digital agency Adelphi (formerly Reading Room) in Australia, later launching the Singapore office and growing the offering across Southeast Asia from 2 to 70 staff over 4 years. Within months of arriving in Singapore, Tom developed the user experience design framework for the Singapore government that is in use across the public service to this day. His major industry experience includes financial services, government, travel and hospitality, and media. He specialises in end-to-end customer experience from strategy to implementation. Tom’s clients include Allianz, Land Transport Authority Singapore, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Huawei, Nestlé, Singtel, and Eastspring Investments. Tom holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Swiss, Australian and Italian citizenships, and speaks six languages.
