Vardhan is the Business Strategy Manager for Deliveroo in Singapore, overseeing the development and deployment of the organization’s strategy. He also co-founded the Global Sustainability Committee; focused on promoting sustainability in the fields of waste reduction and the future of food. He has successfully launched several initiatives on the future of food, including spearheading a ban of shark-fin platform wide for Deliveroo and launching an exclusive partnership with Impossible Foods. He is passionate about using data and platform dynamics to assist sustainable players in the food-tech space bridge the gap to new categories of consumers across APAC.
Prior to Deliveroo he worked in management consulting at Monitor Deloitte (formerly the Monitor Group) across the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Russia. He holds an M.Sc. in Law & Accounting and B.A. in Law & Anthropology from the London School of Economics. He is a WEF Global Shaper and IIC Young Leader. He has speaking experience in numerous conferences, including the Disruption in Food and Sustainability Summit, The Nomura Internet Conference and the Temasek Launchpad FEED Food Venturing Bootcamp.
