Wilmer leads the newly-established Wella Company’s commercial marketing and product development functions for its Asia Pacific region. He leads the transformation work in marketing and innovation in future-proofing the company’s brands (Wella Professionals, System Professional & Nioxin to name a few) from a traditional salon-centric approach towards an omnichannel reality. Prior to Wella Company, Wilmer served in roles managing omnichannel retailing in Sephora Southeast Asia & Pacific, regional sales & marketing in Coty’s fragrance division in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Global Travel Retail and local business operations in Coty Prestige, Luxasia and L’Oreal Philippines.
