eCommerce Expo Asia is for all eCommerce professionals on the lookout for self-development, business growth, and an unforgettable time in the company of over 1,000 enthusiastic industry peers.

Q. CAN I REGISTER COLLEAGUES?

A. Yes, there is no limit to the number of people you can register. Upon registering for your ticket to the show, you'll be led to a page that allows you to invite your colleagues to register themselves for the event. All invited registrants will receive an email notifying them of your invitation. 

Q. IS THERE A CHARGE TO REGISTER OR ENTER THE SHOW?

A. No, attendance is free of charge for all trade buyers.

Q. HOW DO I REGISTER?

Q. WHAT WILL YOU SEND ME ONCE I HAVE REGISTERED?

A. If you register at least 1 month before the show, you'll receive your badge in the post.

If it doesn't arrive, or if you register late, kindly access your e-badge through the confirmation email to download and print the badge. This will allow you to skip the badge printing queue onsite, and gain fast-entry into the halls. 

Q: I AM INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE CO-LOCATED EVENTS. DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR ALL SHOWS?

A: Your registration for eCommerce Expo Asia allows you entry to all co-located shows Cloud Expo Asia, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Big Data World, Smart IoT Singapore, Data Centre World and Technology for Marketing Asia. You do not need to register separately.

Q: IS TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION DISCOUNTED?

A: We work with accommodation partners to provide our registered visitors with discounted tickets. Kindly click here for more details.

Q: CAN I GET A COMPLIMENTARY CARPARK COUPON AT MBS?

A: There’s no complimentary car parking available. Instead you may get a special rate for full day carparking. Simply flash your visitor badge during show days (9 and 10 October) at the Visitor Service Counter (level 1, next to Sweet Spot café) to receive a coupon that allows you to park all day at a flat fee of $8.35 nett.

Q. WHERE CAN I GET THE CONFERENCE PROGRAMME INFORMATION?

A. The latest conference programme will be available on the event website from August and in the free Show Guide available on the day of the event. In the meantime, check out the 2018 Conference Programme here

Q. WILL THE PRESENTATIONS BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AFTER THE SHOW?

A. Presentations will be available to all attendees approximate one month after the show.
