Knowledge development central to success
Slimstock’s mindset is all about helping each other to continuously improve. Knowledge is therefore central to Slimstock’s success, not software.
Sales & Business Development Manager, Jan Kraaijeveld, adds: “There is always room for improvement. And together, we look for where these opportunities to advance exist. After a while, it is easy to lose focus or perhaps you lack the right knowledge to address the pain points. That’s why when I’m with clients, I always ask why they do things the way they do. If I understand how processes work and how they can be optimised, we can manage the inventory in a smarter way.”
