G8 & Changhae Group is a Singapore-Korean based consortium spearheading the Development of Busan’s premier AI Data Center at the heart of the city center with secured high voltage power and data capacity.

The 120MW development has gained full authority and permit approval to start construction in Q4 2025 under the support of major telcos and industrial companies in Korea.

The 120MW facility will feature high-capacity hydro cooling system with world leading energy efficiency with the lowest carbon footprint to ensure long term sustainability and scaling of the world’s AI infrastructure with world leading renewable energy technologies and cooling system by 2028.
