AI and Automation Engineer Aishwarya Kansakar is the CEO and Co-founder of Syncrowin and the 2025 Young Australian of the Year for Victoria. Syncrowin is a deep-tech company pioneering AI-powered optimisation across manufacturing, energy, and renewable industries. Before founding Syncrowin, Aishwarya spent nearly a decade leading industrial automation, generative AI, and optimisation projects for some of the world’s largest advanced manufacturing companies across three states in Australia and Japan. A recognised leader in deep tech with three national awards in Australia for innovation, she combines technical expertise with global perspective. Aishwarya is also a hyperpolyglot, fluent in seven languages, enabling her to collaborate across cultures and drive impact worldwide.
