Xu Wan is a seasoned technology executive with two decades of experience building large-scale data platforms at tier-one internet companies including Huawei, Baidu, and Shopee. At Baidu, she was instrumental in developing the company's pioneering distributed computing and big data platforms during her seven-year tenure. At Shopee, she spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive data ecosystem spanning infrastructure, data warehousing, and business-facing data applications serving marketing, business development, and C-suite decision-making while scaling engineering teams to hundreds of professionals. Currently serving as APAC GM at VeloDB, she leverages her deep expertise to empower enterprises with transformative data solutions.
