As a firm believer in the need to infuse modernity into Neopets without sacrificing core tenets of the brand, Dominic has overseen notable game improvements and upgrades, driving more than a doubled increase in monthly active users and a five-year peak in revenue. He aspires to revive the game to its 2000s cultural phenomenon status.
