Dr. Hao Qin is a senior researcher in National Quantum-Safe Network, affiliated with Centre for Quantum Technologies, National University of Singapore. He serves as the co-chair of the Quantum Communication Networks Task Force under Singapore's IMDA, vice chair of the Joint Coordination Activity on Quantum Key Distribution Networks and associate rapporteur for Q15/17 "Quantum-based Security" under the UN’s ITU. His research focuses on the practical aspects of quantum communication networks, including implementation security and testing evaluation, network and key management, use cases and applications, as well as standardization and certification.
