James is a data centre design and delivery expert with projects across 14 countries and three continents. His experience spans due diligence, feasibility studies, fit outs, refurbishments, migrations, and large-scale new builds for enterprises, co-location providers, and hyperscalers. He has played a key role in campus planning for hyperscale facilities and specializes in early works to deliver “shovel-ready” developments through to completion. Active in the global data centre community, James has led specialist groups, spoken at international conferences, and authors the LinkedIn newsletter Bytes, Watts and Carbon.
