Ruchika supports Oracle’s SaaS business and customers in the ASEAN region on security, compliance, and regulatory matters, conducting independent security assessments and due diligence across sectors. Her career includes senior roles at CitiBank, Salesforce, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and HSBC, where she managed cloud security frameworks, compliance & regulatory interactions. She has overseen application and infrastructure security, vendor and offshoring risk, and IT risk and audit. Ruchika is also passionate about mentoring future leaders. She is a certified mentor for women and young professionals with Asia institute of mentoring, additionally, she serves as a cloud computing and cyber security mentor with Nasscom, India. Living in Singapore, she cherishes spending time with family and finds balance through her passion for yoga and meditation.
