Shermaine leads the AI and ML team at JTC's Smart District Division, driving innovation in the Punggol Digital District through the development of AI engines for smart estate management. By tightly integrating IoT technologies with Gen AI and ML, her team enhances the district's operating system - the Open Digital Platform - to optimise resources, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery. Shermaine graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and Master of Science in Business Analytics, and now explores the frontiers of agentic AI to shape intelligent and adaptive cities.
