Dr. Siyang Liu earned her Ph.D. in Network, Information and Communication Sciences from Université Paris-Saclay (centralesupelec), where she researched AI/ML techniques for wireless localization. She is now a researcher at China Telecom Research Institute and Singapore Innovation Research Institute, focusing on AI-driven innovations for 5G-A/6G networks. She is engaged in international standardization activities, contributing to the development of future communication technologies.
