Tam is a cybersecurity advisor with extensive experience advising organizations across various industries in the APAC region on cybersecurity matters. He currently serves as an Executive Committee member of the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP) and founded the Artificial Intelligence Special Interest Group (AI SIG) under the Association in 2024. The SIG has become a platform for over 100 security professionals to learn about and discuss AI security topics. Throughout his consulting career with Google Cloud, PwC, and Kroll, Tam has helped multiple organizations secure their AI systems by enhancing AI governance, conducting threat modeling, and performing red teaming exercises on AI-based systems. Tam holds several professional certifications in AI domain including Google Cloud Certified – Generative AI Leader, AI Ethics and Governance, and AI4I – Proficiency.
