With a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering and the title of senior engineer, he has been long engaged in R&D of data center products and industry market work. As the CTO of SLiquid Global, he has profound professional attainments in the field of liquid cooling technology. The phase-change immersion liquid cooling technology developed by him has made particularly outstanding contributions to the industry, for which he was awarded the First Prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress. Meanwhile, he has demonstrated extraordinary capabilities in the practical application of overall data center solutions.
