Tineshwaran is a Building Information Modeling (BIM) and VDC leader who has driven the adoption of advanced digital construction practices across Malaysia and Singapore’s AEC industry. As the core driver of companywide BIM implementation at one of Malaysia’s top three construction firms, he delivered projects across residential, commercial, government, and high‑tech sectors, covering the full lifecycle from pre‑tender space planning to post‑construction facility management. At Exyte, he leads BIM and VDC strategy, standardization, and innovation, integrating 3D, 4D, 5D, and 6D capabilities with the in‑house Rexyte platform to improve precision, speed, and safety while ensuring clients receive facilities that perform exactly as intended.
