Toru Koyama is a group CIO and CDO at H2O Retailing, a major Japanese retail group. With a background at IBM Japan, Pfizer, and PwC, he is a specialist in IT and digital transformation. In 2014, he joined Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings as an executive officer, where he led system structural transformation. Since joining H2O Retailing in 2021, he has been driving the company's group-wide digital transformation. His achievements were recognized when the company was certified as a "DX Certified Business" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry just one year after his appointment.
