While many conversations focus on how AI replaces jobs, few address how it reshapes team structures — how we collaborate, make decisions, and trust one another.
Drawing from real leadership experiences in AI-driven transformation, I share a story of two teammates divided by their views on AI — one eager to adopt, the other cautious about its flaws — and what it revealed about inclusion, empowerment, and psychological safety.

This talk explores how to lead teams in a post-ChatGPT world through three principles:

1. Start with trust, not tools – build safety for experimentation.
2. Upskill for confidence, not compliance – invest so people understand, not just follow, AI.
3. Design for diversity – inclusive teams make better AI decisions.
