Two-phase cold plate technologies are gaining traction. They provide more uniform chip temperatures vs single phase cold-plates, greater efficiency, and less risk due to their dielectric properties. This presentation reveals how a single low GWP, A1 refrigerant can be effectively deployed with, or without a CDU, to achieve best-in-class heat rejection performance.
